We are recruiting an M&A and Investments Manager for a major Moroccan group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify investment, partnership, or external growth opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analyses
  • Lead due diligence processes and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations for investment committees
  • Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with legal and financial advisors

The position is based in Dubai

Profil recherché

Education:
Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Audit, or Strategy

Experience:
5 to 10 years in M&A, private equity, or corporate finance
