Description du poste
We are recruiting for a major Moroccan group a Properties Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the group's real estate portfolio (offices, retail spaces, warehouses, etc.)
- Oversee maintenance, lease agreements, and relationships with tenants and service providers
- Participate in negotiations for the acquisition or sale of properties
- Optimize the profitability and value of real estate assets
- Ensure budgetary and administrative monitoring of the properties
The position is based in Dubai
Profil recherché
Education:
Master’s degree in Real Estate, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
Experience:
5 to 10 years in asset management or property management
